1. Directly send emails to DH support via DH contact form.
DH support team will usually answer your emails within 3 working days.

2. If you'd like to talk to DH, you can purchase phone support. You can find price under Account Update in HOSTING. Please note that at this time callbacks are limited to our US customers.

3. Find solutions from DH Wiki.
DH Wiki is very helpful. You can find solutions for most of the problems over here. If you have solutions to any particular problem, please contribute to Wiki for other users :P

4. Post your questions and seek for answers in DH forum.
If you can't find solutions in DH Wiki, you can try to post your questions in this forum. It is a customer-to-cutomer forum. But I'm sure you'll be amazed by the experts (also customers) in the forum. They are very knowledgable and helpful. If you post a question, you may get a reply within 5 mintues.
